When using a single sided printer it won't be possible in one go because the printer can't do the flip of the card to do magnetic encoding.

Magnetic encoding must be done first. Please insert the card as you were printing the front side.

After that please re-insert the card and print back.

When using a double-sided there are several possibilities:

- Send the print job from cardPresso to Print Front + Print Back + Magnetic Encoding with the printer set to Dual sided. The front side of the design has to be empty and the Overlay has to be disabled in the driver for the front side (other way the Spooler will assume that you are printing the front side).

- Send the print job from cardPresso to Print Back + Magnetic Encoding with the printer set to only print the back side.

Using an Evolis printer. magnetic data is not being encoded.Go to File » Print Settings » Advanced Options. Confirm that the option Encoding through an application is Default.

Select Track X and go to Item tab, selecting Encode option Yes.

Send the print job with Magnetic Encoding option selected.
